About Us

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Personnel to join our dynamic team in Abuja. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in managing our organization's human capital and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Process payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes
• Support organizational development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage
