Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Handle employee entry, resignation, and transfer procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and team activities.


Requirements:

  • Human resources, management, or related majors are preferred.
  • Experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills and time management skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality awareness.
