Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc.
- Maintain employee files.
- Handle employee entry, resignation, and transfer procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and team activities.
Requirements:
- Human resources, management, or related majors are preferred.
- Experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills;
- Good organizational skills and time management skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality awareness.
