Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary Range: ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 NET
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience to play a key role in our HR operations, particularly in full-cycle recruitment. You will manage the recruitment process, ensure smooth onboarding, and provide support across employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
- Manage onboarding and provide support to new hires.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
- Assist in performance management, including reviews and feedback.
- Resolve employee relations issues and offer guidance on HR practices.
- Maintain and organize HR documentation (contracts, employee files, payroll).
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with strong recruitment skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
