Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and cohesive workforce
Requirements:
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
- At least 6 years of working experience as an HR
