Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Human Resources Intern who will support the HR department in various functions, gaining hands-on experience in HR practices and processes. who will assist with tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policy 
  • Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining HR files, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing general HR information.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee satisfaction surveys, and diversity and inclusi on efforts.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • No experience required
