About Us
At CANDL Woodwork and Joineries, we are a growing furniture production company with a dedicated team of over 50 staff, comprising white-collar, blue-collar and contract workers. As we expand, we seek an HR professional to join our team and help streamline our human resource operations.
About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and experienced HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our workforce, particularly in managing and coordinating the productivity of blue-collar workers. The successful candidate must be capable of handling administrative tasks, improving work culture, and overseeing the recruitment of both skilled and unskilled labor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and employee compensation.
- Drive work culture improvement and employee engagement.
- Oversee performance management and employee evaluations.
- Recruit and onboard both skilled and unskilled workers.
- Manage general administrative tasks related to HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong experience managing blue-collar and contract workers.
- Proven experience in payroll management, recruitment, and performance reviews.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to improve employee productivity and foster a positive work environment.
- Candidates must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, or Lekki environs.
Salary: ₦200,000 - N300,000 per month
