Qualifications Required for the HR and Administration Manager Position:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in HR management and administrative roles, preferably within a corporate or industrial setting.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively oversee HR functions and administrative operations.
- Knowledge of HR Best Practices: Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction with employees, management, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated experience in resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage projects efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for handling complex HR issues.
