Cashier at FoliXx Hospitality

Description 

• Greet customers and provide them with friendly and helpful service



• Operate electronic product checkout equipment (e.g., cash registers, credit/debit card terminals, scanners)



• Answer customer questions and assist as needed



• Balance the cash register and generate reports as needed



• Resolve complaints, including processing refunds and returns.



• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace



• Ensure swift, accurate and friendly purchase experience for customers/clients



• Maintain an accurate count of cash receipts



• Balance cash register and provide appropriate transaction reports

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND or BSc in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.



• Previous experience working as a Cashier or other customer service position



• Excellent customer service and communication skills



• Basic math skills, including the ability to make change



• Positive and friendly attitude



• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask



• Previous cashier experience in a restaurant or retail environment is a plus



• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.



• Availability to work flexible hours.



• Team player with a positive attitude.
