Responsibilities:
- Staff Recruitment
- Admin of staff welfare and discipline
- Industrial Relations
- Liaison with government regulatory agencies: NSITF, Minister of Labour, ITF
- Staff performance Management
- Responsible for company employee recruitment, training, attendance and payroll
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in FMCG industry.
- Good relationship management skills
- Fast Learner.
