Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies that are consistent with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Work with leadership to improve employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, business administration, or related majors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resources manager.
- Knowledge of labor laws in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Applicants with experience in B2B e-commerce companies, personnel management experience in large manufacturing plants, and good government relations are preferred.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 Salary includes 20% performance appraisal.
