The HR Manager will oversee and coordinate the human resources functions for two distinct entities: a financial lending institution and a professional cleaning company. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly bridge the gap between a corporate workforce and a team of unskilled workers, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals for the financial lending arm and reliable, hardworking individuals for the cleaning arm.
- Conduct onboarding programs tailored to each workforce segment, ensuring all employees are well-integrated into their respective roles.
Employee Relations:
- Foster strong relationships across both companies, ensuring open communication and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to manage and motivate unskilled workers, ensuring high levels of performance and retention.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
Training and Development:
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to upskill unskilled workers for the cleaning company and enhance the expertise of staff in the financial lending institution.
- Develop mentorship programs to support career development across both entities.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across both businesses.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures relevant to both sectors.
Performance Management:
- Design and oversee performance evaluation processes tailored to different workforce needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs and support performance improvement strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processes and employee benefits for both companies, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Recommend and implement incentive programs to improve job satisfaction and productivity.
Workforce Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals for both companies.
- Develop workforce plans to meet short- and long-term needs, addressing seasonal and project-based staffing for the cleaning company.
Health, Safety, and Wellness:
- Ensure that safety standards and protocols are met, particularly for the cleaning company.
- Promote employee wellness programs across both entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HR professional, with experience managing diverse workforce groups, including unskilled labor.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations applicable to both corporate and manual labor workforces.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
