Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance their human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals, driving team performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company mission and business objectives.
Collaborate with management to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
Design and oversee a comprehensive performance appraisal system that promotes accountability and high performance.
Provide coaching and support to managers to ensure consistent and effective performance evaluations.
Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and understand their roles and expectations.
Develop orientation programs that reflect our client's values and operational standards.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Implement corrective actions to address any identified issues or gaps in HR practices.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in the IT sector.
Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a motivated workforce.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competencies.
Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Provide insights to management on workforce trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record in strategic HR planning and performance management.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
