Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager at MAPIA TEA located in Lekki. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership skills and the responsibility of partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including developing recruiting strategies, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Monitoring staff conduct & performance while managing payroll and benefits for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise management and training employees
- Strong work ethics and administrative skills
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Ability to work under minimal to no supervision
- Proactiveness and ability to take initiative
