Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Supports the full range of staff recruitment and selection processes.
- Carries out background checks on recommended candidates.
- Assists in designing and conducting induction programs for new employees.
- Develop a training plan using the training need analysis model.
- In consultation with the Head, HR, provides advisory services to line managers and staff on HR processes and policies.
- Ensures accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in digital and physical formats.
- Collects and analyze HR data from a variety of sources including the HR Information System (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labour statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
Requirements:
- First Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in HR (CIPM/CIPD/PHRI/SHRM et al)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant and progressive experience.
- Flair for compensation and benefits and Data Analytics.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance, and positive outlook to work.
- Strong ethical perspectives.
