Role Description
- Sourcing of potential candidates for operational roles.
- Conduct assessment and screening of operatives .
- Manage the recruitment process of operatives, including interviews and onboarding.
- Ensure accurate employment documentation of all operatives
- Actively participate in the onboarding process of operatives.
- Ensure that the right operatives are deployed to the right location at all times
- Assists in monitoring and management of deployment portals.
- Assist the training coordinator to ensure smooth training process for all operatives
- Provides support and guidance to operatives.
- Carry out any other duties within the scope of the position, related as assigned by the Human Resources Manager Lead and Executive Management.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in sourcing and hiring processes of operational employees
- Strong knowledge of documentation and filling process
- Good communication skill
- Attention to details
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HR management is a plus
