Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at The Assembly Community in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
- Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
