Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and training.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
- Develop and administer employee benefits, compensation, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Candidate must have 10 to 15 years of Experience in HR & Administration role
- Must be from FMCG manufacturing background
- Must have handled Unionised and contract staff of about 2000 work strength and more (200 to 300 Unionised staff & 1500 to 3000 contract staff)
- Must have handled all audits related HR by internal or external parties (NESRA, LAWMA, Safety , Federal and state bodies independently )
- Must be fully aware of ILO and Nigerian labor laws
- Documentation and other compliance awareness.
- Strong personality to handle all workforce strengths mentioned in the numbers above.
