Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems, such as electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, testing systems, and ensuring proper airflow.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans.
- Install new HVAC units and upgrade existing systems as needed.
- Conduct performance tests and system evaluations to ensure efficiency.
- Adjust system controls to optimize performance and ensure proper cooling and ventilation.
- Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, repairs conducted, and system specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system care and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Certified in the Field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
