Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s website and intranet.
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and security are optimized for end-users.
- Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular performance reports.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, including printers, scanners, servers, and networking equipment.
- Install, configure, and monitor software and hardware systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate IT support services for staff, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and mitigate risks associated with data breaches.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control to secure company systems.
- Monitor and optimize network performance and connectivity within the factory.
- Provide IT training sessions for staff to enhance productivity and ensure effective use of tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as an IT Expert
- Proven track record as an IT Expert
- BSc. Degree in Computer Science or similar course of study
