Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and batch a variety of ice cream flavors using approved recipes and techniques.
- Bake cakes, brownies, banana bread, and specialty breads with consistency and precision
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones based on customer feedback and seasonal trends.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately following food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and production equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill bulk or custom orders on schedule.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of SSCE
