Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured IELTS preparation lessons focusing on all four skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials that meet the specific needs of students preparing for the IELTS exam.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to engage learners and cater to different learning styles.
- Provide practice sessions, mock tests, and timed activities simulating real exam conditions.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and create tailored study plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Assist students in developing strategies for answering different types of questions in the IELTS exam.
- Conduct individual or group speaking sessions to boost students' confidence in the speaking component of the exam.
- Administer diagnostic and practice tests to evaluate students' readiness for the exam.
- Provide detailed feedback on writing and speaking tasks, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, coherence, fluency, and pronunciation.
- Track and document student progress, making recommendations for further practice when necessary.
- Continuously update and enhance the curriculum and materials to align with IELTS exam requirements and trends.
- Incorporate modern teaching aids, resources, and tools such as audio, video, and digital platforms to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide students with detailed insights into IELTS test format, question types, and time management strategies.
- Familiarize students with official IELTS rules and procedures.
- Share tips and techniques to maximize scores in each section of the test.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IELTS Facilitator, English teacher, or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language and familiarity with the IELTS exam structure.
- Ability to create personalized learning plans based on individual student needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, are a plus
