Responsibilities:

• IELTS Preparation: Craft and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation classes encompassing all four language skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking).
• Curriculum Development: Innovate and revise course materials, including lesson plans, practice tests, and study guides, to synchronize with the latest IELTS exam content.
• Personalized Coaching: Provide tailored one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to students, targeting individual strengths and areas for improvement.
• Progress Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and simulated tests, adapting teaching methodologies accordingly.
• Motivation and Support: Inspire and uplift students, nurturing their confidence and offering unwavering support throughout their preparation journey.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of IELTS trends, exam updates, and scoring criteria to ensure precise and impactful instruction.
• Student Engagement: Cultivate an interactive and stimulating learning environment, fostering active participation and bolstering student confidence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

WorkType: Full-time

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 monthly.
