Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to senior management on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to the advertising industry.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with the company’s business activities, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Oversee the protection and management of the company’s intellectual properties.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including the preparation and maintenance of corporate records and documentation.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate with external counsel to manage litigation cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an In-House counselor
- BSc. in Law certificate
