We are looking for a recent law graduate to join our team as an In-House Counsel. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams to provide legal support on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct legal research and assist in risk management strategies.
- Support in handling legal disputes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement company policies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and corporate governance best practices.
Requirements:
- LL.B degree from a recognized institution (recent graduates preferred).
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to our policies, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
