Job Summary
Oyertur Garment Factory is looking for a highly creative and proactive In-House Social Media Manager to handle our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, trend analysis, and engagement growth. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will be actively involved in capturing real-time content within the factory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Capture high-quality images and videos of factory operations, new collections, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer orders.
- Edit photos and videos for social media using tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Photoshop, or other editing software.
- Develop and schedule engaging daily posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and messaging across all content.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, implement, and monitor content calendars for consistent posting.
- Use trending hashtags, sounds, and content formats to maximize visibility.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
Trend & Audience Engagement:
- Research and incorporate industry trends, viral challenges, and audience preferences.
- Work with influencers, fashion brands, and potential collaborators to boost engagement.
- Create interactive content such as polls, Q&A sessions, and live videos.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with factory staff to gather daily content.
- Coordinate with management on campaigns, promotions, and announcements.
- Assist in marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in photography and videography.
- Proficiency in content editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InShot, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily content deadlines.
- Strong creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Passion for fashion and visual aesthetics.
