Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors across relevant industries.
Campaign Development:
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Monitor and assess the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Facilitate collaboration between influencers and internal stakeholders to maximize campaign impact.
Team Development:
- Mentor and lead the Influence team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage professional development and training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Brand Advocacy:
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and in media interactions.
- Advocate for the brand in discussions around industry trends and best practices, positioning the company as a thought leader.
Requirements:
