Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Hardware and Software Resources Management:
- Manage all hardware and software installation and faults.
- Manage relationship with external software vendors.
- Manage, create, and modify user’s profile/access across the Bank’s application and workspace.
- Management of IT facilities and equipment’s to ensure steady uptime of IT resource in the organization.
- Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to access computing needs and system requirements.
- Hardware and other I.T Infrastructure procurement
- CPanel Email administration – Reliance Capital and Reliance Group
- Office 365, Outlook & Zoho email administration - Reliance MFB & Reliance Capital Ltd
- Zoom, Teams, and Google meet administration
- Internal Memos, Meetings, and Activity Reports
Products and CBA Management:
- Manage the operational configuration of core banking software (Bankone)
- Digital Banking Platform Administration
- ATM card services Management (Request and transaction error escalation)
- Manage Projects implementation and new services onboarding
- Manage the Platform for promotional materials and the company website
Security and Disaster prevention:
- Kaspersky Antivirus and Endpoint Security Administration
- Manage backup and user file migration during PC replacement or switch
- Plan, coordinate, and manage CCTV devices and remote access software of the Bank
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Manage the software and hardware information resources used to provide biometric attendance for staff
Network Administration:
- Implementation of required changes in Network devices.
- Providing Technical support to staff on network challenges
- System Management and Maintenance
- Safeguard devices and networks from external threats
- Monitoring the status of hardware and software products as per designed policies
I.T Support:
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
- Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Fixing hardware, software and networking issues.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
- Responding to general IT requests.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- And any other task assigned to you by your Team Lead.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,
Printers and scanners:
- Provide both remote physical and technical supports across the organization
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Provide website management support (Reliance MFB and Reliance Capital).
- Provide support for Active Directory environment
- Any other official duties as directed by supervisors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in computer science or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
