About the Role:
As the Installation & After-Sales Engineer, you will lead and manage the engineering team in overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality control, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll also be responsible for guiding our after-sales support operations, helping customers maintain the reliability and performance of their elevator systems through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate installation projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet safety and quality standards.
- Lead the after-sales engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure prompt, efficient, and customer-focused service.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and preventive servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold elevator performance and safety.
- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns, providing technical insights, and ensuring satisfaction with installed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve installation processes and after-sales support based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and continuous improvement in technical skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in elevator installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality after-sales support.
