Installation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Tiling and Surface Finishing: Measure, cut, and install tiles with precision, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Plumbing Installations: Execute plumbing tasks, including fitting sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and other fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect all completed work to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Material Handling: Select, prepare, and handle materials and tools required for installations.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges and make adjustments to meet project requirements.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project needs and provide updates on progress.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure all installations meet industry and regulatory standards.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct minor repairs or maintenance tasks during or after installation as needed.

Requirements:

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• 3 years experience in bathroom installation, including tiling, plumbing, and surface finishing.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to tiling, plumbing, and finishing work.
• Strong ability to deliver high-quality, precise installations that align with design specifications.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual labor, lifting, and working in various environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with colleagues and clients.
• Quick thinking and adaptability to resolve on-site challenges.
