Installation and Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Study technical manual and develop technical work instructions for the operation of the Battery charging and swapping system.
• This is an electrical and digital system that is deployed in the country.
• Manage the installation and testing of various components within the battery charging and swapping system to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
• Working with suppliers for system set-up and cloud connectivity and computing.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the battery charging and swapping system.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with expectations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system designs with overall product goals and industry trends.
•  Responsible for managing and monitoring system performance through the central telematic \ GPS system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in engineering or technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to executives.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical and electronic engineering drawings and manuals
• Proven experience working as an electrical or electronic engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
