Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze course content and objectives
- Design and develop instructional materials and assessments following best practices in educational technology
- Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences to enhance student engagement
- Prepare templates for monthly student reports
- Develop performance metrics for students academic performance and develop assessment instruments
- Examine tutors course content, materials and resources before they deliver their classes
- Develop and monitor academic curriculum, syllabus and schemes of work
- Creating engaging learning content using variety of tools
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure course materials meet educational standards
- Keep abreast of advances in instructional design, educational technology, and pedagogical research
Requirements:
- 2-3 years work experience
- HND/BSc. in a relevant field of study
