Foreman Technician

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians in installation, maintenance, repair, or testing activities.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and work orders to assign tasks effectively.
• Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and performance of the technical team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Perform hands-on technical tasks as required, including troubleshooting, repair, or inspection.
• Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and report any issues or delays to management.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.
• Prepare daily reports on work progress, team performance, and any technical issues.
• Train junior technicians and promote continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or trade certification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, etc.).
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and procedures relevant to the trade.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations in a technical or industrial environment.
• Must have pre-commissioning experience

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed on-site in industrial, construction, or maintenance environments.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, heights, and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
• May require overtime, shift work, or weekend duties depending on operational needs.
• Must wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols.
