Role Description
This is a Full time role for an insurance Sales Expert . The primary responsibility of the sales exper will be to identify and recruit new client while maintaining a positive relationship with existing ones. The sales expert will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's policies and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Management or a related Field.
prior experience as a sales specialist, preferably in insurance industry.
Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit new client, maintain positive relationship with existing client and grow the business.
Exceptional communication and Negotiation skills.
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
knowledge of the insurance industry and related product is a plus
knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques and search engines optimization is a plus.
