We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to lead and manage our insurance sales team. This role involves driving sales strategies, overseeing a team of insurance salespersons, and building strong client relationships to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans for life insurance, investment products, and other offerings.
Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions.
Training & Development: Train the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales progress and adjust strategies to meet goals.
Qualifications:
Education: HND or BSc in any discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years in sales management or insurance.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
