We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Officers to support our Sales Manager in generating leads, building relationships, and growing the business.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Officer at Chrisbells and Bagco, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals, expand our client base, and build strong relationships with store owners, supermarkets, and boutiques. Your role will include prospecting for new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Actively generate leads and seek out potential clients such as store owners, supermarkets, and boutiques.
- Present product offerings to prospective clients and promote brand awareness.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
- Assist in planning and participating in in-store events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and shared success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the designer bag market.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
