- Develop menus with a focus on seasonality, quality ingredients, and guest preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Supervise and lead the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Oversee food preparation, portion control, and inventory management for all food-related items.
- Stay updated with current culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to the menu.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a chef in a boutique hotel environment.
- Proven expertise in intercontinental cuisine with a passion for creating diverse and high-quality dishes.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a kitchen team effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
- Creative, with a keen eye for presentation and detail. (very important)
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
