Responsibilities:
- Coordination of tenant design approvals
- Manage tenant implementation of Design Criteria
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
- Experience with construction documents and ability to coordinate the same
- Conversant with Office Automation and Microsoft Applications.
- Possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Membership of NIA will be an advantage
- Prior work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
