Interior Designer Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present interior design concepts that align with the client’s vision, functionality, and budget.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to integrate interior design with architectural plans.
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, materials, colour schemes, lighting, and furnishings.
• Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring high quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and to address any issues that arise.
• Work closely with clients to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with design trends, innovations, and building regulations to incorporate cutting-edge designs into projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and architectural projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior construction details.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Creative flair with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to stay within budget while maintaining design integrity and quality.
