Intern Architects (Unpaid)

At Seamless, we are a startup aiming to revolutionize the construction industry with our innovative product. We are looking for a creative and driven Architects to join our dynamic team and help us tell our story to the world.

Job Description:

This is a remote role for an Architect(Intern). You will be responsible for creating and visualizing architectural designs and concepts using 3D modeling software. You will collaborate with other Architects and the design teams to develop unique architectural plans and create realistic renderings and visualizations for client presentations. The Architect/3D modeler will also work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure that designs are accurately implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.

· Create architectural drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software.

· Translate client needs and ideas into feasible architectural solutions.

· Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.

· Create sketches, diagrams, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.

· Use CAD software and other design tools to create accurate and precise plans.

· Produce 3D models and renderings to visualize the design and help clients understand the final appearance.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dsmax, Revit etc
• Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion etc.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visualizations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Skills:

· Ability to generate unique design concepts

· Precision in creating detailed drawings and specifications.

· Skills in creating realistic 3D models and renderings.

· Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

· Thorough understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

· Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong professional relationships.
