Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assess financial processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Evaluate operational efficiency, and identify areas for risk management.
- Conduct audits of the organization’s operation
- Review internal controls
- Prepare reports for the management,
- Recommend improvements to enhance overall performance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- A professional certification is advantageous.
- Relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices, including those specific to the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and making recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and management.
