Job Summary

We are looking to hire an Internal Sales Executive who will build customer relationships, handle technical inquiries, create competitive quotes, source solutions, and work with MD to develop key accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining sales literature, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely responses to customer needs.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to OEM Contact Administrators on products being sold to OEM accounts
  • Participate in the opportunity-qualification decision process
  • Track and prioritize all new business development activities through appropriate tools, such as CRM and/or spreadsheets
  • Identify resources required and quantify revenue opportunity and technologies required
  • Verify cost and technical information provided by the operations and engineering teams
  • Interface with customers to forward a sales opportunity and close on the busines
  • Construct proposals to communicate capabilities, product specifications, pricing, terms
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s business processes and CRM tools
  • Manages all aspects of account development and customer relationships
  • Prepares and monitors annual sales forecasts to facilitate the achievement of sales goals
  • Supports the Company’s growth programs and initiatives
  • Leads the customer through the sizing and selection process to choose the appropriate technology and product
  • Proactively contacting current and potential customers to generate sales of compressed air products, parts, and services
  • Provide a high level of customer contact via phone, email, video, and other digital media occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Get orders
  • Expected to be aware of all competitors
  • Responsible for solving day-to-day customer application issues by interfacing with functional areas of the company at multiple levels



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role
