- Build long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to establish a strong recruitment pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to expand recruitment channels and enhance student enrollment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to set ambitious yet achievable recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence prospective students.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education recruitment or counseling.
- Knowledge of international student recruitment processes is an advantage.
