Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Support in tracking project costs, and variations, and ensuring value for money.
- Conduct site visits and measurements for valuation purposes.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to gather cost-related information.
- Help prepare progress reports and cost analysis.
- Learn and comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cost management principles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related software.
