Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing and tracking all vaccine inventory, purchases, and restocking needs.
- Support the CEO with administrative tasks and provide personal assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
- A proactive, idea-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
