Inventory Management & Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Responsible for master planning and resource management Capture performance feedback and key performance indicators (KPI) such as performance feedback.  Trend and track current performance issues and solutions.  Manage Equipment Inventory Provide Stock Advisory Build sustainable relationships with clients and co-workers by going the extra mile. Specific work scope will remain flexible based on the needs of the company and the management, as the company evolves from a few job start-ups to a commercial operational cadence with several locations.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc Degree or Equivalent in relevant course
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Computer Literacy (MANDATORY)
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical and data manipulation tools
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL) and querying languages.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Understanding ETL processes to clean, transform, and integrate data from various sources.
• Ability to approach problems logically and systematically, identifying the root causes, and proposing solutions.
• Proficiency in the use of Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, and other open-source data collection tools
• Proficient in the use of Web Applications and other Software Applications
• Keeping track of records, and reporting reoccurring issues amongst clients for risk management purposes
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge and improve efficiency
• Proficiency in the systemization of processes and creating a standard operations manual
• Versatile with Software and Web Applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Great command of the English language
• Multitasking and teamwork

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 - 100,000 per month
