Job Summary
A beauty brand, manufacturing and retail company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the management and control of its makeup inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial in supporting our sales, production, and distribution efforts while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all makeup products, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, ensuring that stock is replenished promptly to meet demand without overstocking.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet company standards before they are added to inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
- Implement strategies to minimize product obsolescence and reduce waste through effective inventory management practices.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock discrepancies for management review.
- Supervise and train inventory staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with makeup products and trends is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems is an advantage
