Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
- Set inventory targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stock-outs, and carrying costs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Manage inventory transactions, including purchase orders, receiving reports, and shipping documents.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- BSc academic qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
