Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Unpack delivered goods and verify contents against delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile them with records.
- Recommend stock replenishment needs to the Head of Store.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for inventory control.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized and items are stored efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain and stockroom operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control policies and procedures.
