Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice to clients on various real estate investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential investors, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Engage in fieldwork to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Handle the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, offering continuous support and advice on real estate investments.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a minimum requirement of securing at least one sale during the first month of probation.
