Job Summary:
The Agent Investment Advisor will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing real estate and construction opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, promoting the company's properties and construction services, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
This position is strictly COMMISSION BASED.
Key Responsibilities:
A) Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
- Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties and construction services to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide clients with detailed information on available properties, construction projects, and other related services.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
B)Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms of sales, including pricing, payment plans, and timelines (in-line with the company policy on that and confirmation from the Head of Sales).
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting company goals.
C) Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Head of Sales Manager.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, client preferences, and competitive activities.
D) Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and open houses to promote properties and services.
D) After-Sales Support (In line with the Head of CRM):
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assist clients with any post-purchase issues, including property handover and documentation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction market, including market trends and property values.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
